Terry Chen is a seasoned SAP VIM Consultant and Principal Technical Product Specialist at OpenText, with over 16 years of experience in planning and implementing process-driven solutions, and providing ongoing support for various OpenText products including Vendor Invoice Management and Intelligent Capture Center. Terry possesses excellent technical skills and customer service abilities, effectively troubleshooting and resolving issues for hundreds of global customers while leveraging knowledge of SAP Workflow and ABAP Programming. Prior to OpenText, Terry worked as a Software Engineer at Desert Sky Software, developing scalable web-based applications that significantly streamlined processes for clients. Terry holds a Master of Science in Information Management from W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
