Tracy Caughell

Tracy Caughell is the Senior Director of Product Management in the Content Services business unit at OpenText™ Corporation. Tracy has a special interest in the challenges faced by information workers and records managers in today's work environment, collaborating closely with customers, analysts, and product specialists to develop software solutions. Prior to this role, Tracy served as a Practice Manager and led a team of Records Management consultants at OpenText, and worked as a Senior Consultant specializing in Records Management implementations at PSSoftware. Tracy holds a B. MATH in Math, Business, Information Systems, and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and is Pragmatic Marketing Certified Level III.
