Tracy Dumpert

Tracy Dumpert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and professional services. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Services for North America East at OpenText since January 2022, Tracy previously held key positions at TTG Transportation, BAI Communications, and e5 Workflow, where responsibilities included senior project and program management, as well as overseeing the Program Management Office. Tracy's earlier roles involved senior project management at FINEOS and Randstad Technologies US, focusing on complex projects within the insurance sector and leading enterprise document management solutions. Tracy's foundational experience includes significant contributions at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in implementing crucial content and document management systems. Tracy began the career at Cobra Technologies as Director of Products and Services and has also worked as Senior Manager at Computer Results Team Pty Ltd. Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from PennWest Clarion.
