Vikram Jain has extensive experience in business management and service delivery within the IT and telecommunications sectors. At Hewlett-Packard, Vikram served as a Senior Business Manager, successfully transitioning Inside Sales processes from the Kuala Lumpur Contact Centre to India. Subsequent roles at Fujitsu Technology Solutions and Fujitsu involved senior management positions where Vikram directed PMO operations, managed service delivery strategy, and implemented ITIL principles for incident management.
