Wei Wang is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in the field of cloud support and technical management. Currently serving as the Director of Cloud Support at OpenText since June 2014, Wei has previously held the position of Sr Technical Manager. Prior to OpenText, Wei worked at GXS from August 2000 to May 2014 as an Advisory Systems Integrator, focusing on the end-to-end development of managed B2B systems on Unix and Linux for FORTUNE100 clients in the financial sector. Wei's early career included a role as a Research Associate at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, where contributions included designing and implementing large-scale computational simulations and mentoring graduate students. Wei holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University, completed in 2000.
