Aaron Hou

Aaron Hou currently serves in a Finance & Ops role at OpenTrack since September 2025. Prior to this, Aaron held the position of Associate at Volition Capital from January 2023 to August 2025, focusing on the Software Group and contributing to closed investments such as HALOS and Zenarate. From July 2021 to December 2022, Aaron worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at DC Advisory within the Technology and Software M&A Group, completing transactions including TVC Pro-Driver/Love's and Loftware/Accel-KKR. Earlier experience includes a Summer Analyst role at DC Advisory in 2020, an internship at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, and the founding of Midlothian Lawn Care and Maintenance, LLC.
