Leanne Kemp has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2015, they founded and served as CEO of Everledger, a company that provided an immutable ledger for diamond identification and transaction verification. Leanne Kemp successfully led the company until 2018 and continued to be involved in various roles until 2023.

Throughout their career, Kemp has held positions in prestigious organizations such as the World Economic Forum, where they served as a Board of Stewards for Accelerating Sustainable Production and was an inaugural member of the Global Future Council on Blockchain.
