Casper Kolkman is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in software development and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Tech Lead at Energie Data Services Nederland (EDSN) since October 2024 and a Full-stack Developer at OpenValue since March 2019, Casper has held positions including Lead Developer at Blanken Controls BV and Alliander, as well as Full-stack Developer roles at Kramp Hub and Kadaster.
