Frank Walinga is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering roles across various organizations. Currently employed at Rabobank as a Software Engineer since February 2019, Frank also serves as a Software Developer with OpenValue since June 2018. Prior to these roles, Frank worked with VodafoneZiggo and UL Transaction Security, where significant contributions were made in enhancing digital security within mobile and payments sectors.
