Viktor Bakels

Viktor Bakels is the Founder and Managing Director of OpenValue since March 2021, leading a premium consulting company specializing in full stack and Java solutions across several European cities. Previously, Viktor held the role of Interim Commercial Director in Germany at RM Group (Switzerland) from March 2017 to September 2020 and served as a Principal Consultant at Pan-American Valley from January 2016 to January 2017, during which time Viktor drove the Pan-American highway. Viktor's career also includes senior consulting positions at Westhouse Group and Computer Futures Solutions, as well as a graduation internship at PostNL. Viktor completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communications, Marketing & PR at Hanze University, along with participating in the Sthree Masterclass Program in Sales for IT Staffing & High-end Recruitment in 2011.
