Morgan Waesche

As Senior Accounting Manager, Morgan specializes in the General Partner entities, assisting with accounting, financial reporting, and tax functions. She also assists the fund team with various finance functions and requests.

Prior to joining OpenView, Morgan spent four years at Bain Capital in various finance roles. Morgan started at Bain Capital as a Finance Associate in September 2016 and was quickly promoted to Senior Finance Associate in July 2017. In their role as Senior Finance Associate, Morgan was responsible for managing the financials of Bain's portfolio companies. In July 2021, Morgan was promoted to Finance Manager at Bain Capital.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Morgan worked at EY in their Financial Services Tax practice. Morgan started at EY as a Summer Intern in 2013 and was promoted to Associate in 2014. In their role as Associate, Morgan advised clients on tax strategy and compliance matters.

Morgan is a CPA and has a B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University.

Morgan Waesche has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elon University - Martha and Spencer Love School of Business. Morgan also has a degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Marblehead High School.
