Joisy Padilla

Joisy Padilla has extensive work experience in the customer service and technical support field. They started their career in 2016 at SYKES, where they held multiple roles. As a Cisco TAC Security Engineer - Tier 2, Joisy provided excellent support to CISCO customers, resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. They also worked as a Cisco TAC Hardware Engineer, where they created replacement orders for Cisco equipment and interacted with customers to resolve technical issues.

In 2022, Joisy joined OpenVPN Inc. as a Support Engineer. In this role, they strive to provide the best support for OpenVPN customers, addressing their needs and resolving complex technical issues through in-depth troubleshooting and analysis. Their main goal is to achieve customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch support.

Joisy Padilla obtained an Associate Degree in Telcom Networks from Corporacion Universitaria ITSA, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications from Cisco, including the Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security) in October 2021 and the Cisco Certified Specialist - Network Security Firepower in May 2021.
