Michael Gray

Michael Gray has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Michael is currently working as a Senior Web Analyst at OpenVPN Inc. Prior to this, they were employed at Merck Creative Studios as a Web Analyst and Front End Developer, where they managed Google Analytics properties and provided clients with analytics reports. Michael also has experience as a Freelancer, serving as a Google Analytics and Google Ads Consultant.

Before their freelance work, Michael held various positions at Hudson City Savings Bank, including being a member of the Transition Team during the merger with M & T Bank. Michael also served as the Assistant Vice President and Internet Banking Manager, where they established and managed the bank's internet banking department. Additionally, they were the Assistant Treasurer and Retail Systems Administrator, where they developed the company's intranet and trained employees on its use. Michael began their career at the bank as an Assistant Secretary and Trainer.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in web analytics, development, and internet banking, along with strong technical and customer service skills.

Michael Gray attended DeVry University from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a degree in Web Design with a focus on Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design. In 1998 to 1999, they enrolled in Dover Business College, where they pursued a degree in Computer Programming. Their education journey began in 1992 at the University of Delaware, where they earned a Bachelor's degree. At the University of Delaware, Michael majored in English and minored in Music and Biology. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Website Development from DeVry University. Michael also holds certifications from Google Analytics Academy, including "Advanced Google Analytics," "Google Analytics for Beginners," and "Google Tag Manager Fundamentals."
