Mark Watson

Mark Watson is currently the Managing Director of Taiwan and VP of Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Openwater, where they are focused on establishing and scaling operations for AI-powered medical devices. They previously held notable positions at companies such as Microsoft, where they led the Xbox Accessories Technical Program Management group, and Fitbit, where they developed a new sourcing and supply chain strategy. Watson has also served as Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at FORME, successfully building a Taiwan-based organization for home fitness equipment, and held various roles at Deloitte Consulting and PCH International, contributing to procurement processes and high-tech product delivery. They earned a degree in Business Administration from Baylor University.
