Carol Chen is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and machine learning. Currently serving as the Head of Machine Learning at Patho.Ai since March 2025, Carol has held significant positions including Chief Technology Officer at OP3N and VP of Engineering at Rally. Previous roles also include Director of Software Engineering at SiriusXM and Senior Engineer Director at GroundTruth. Carol began a rigorous career in engineering with positions at RockYou, Kabam, Cellfire, and SpeedDate.com. Carol holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from San José State University.
