Eti Baumgarten

Eti Baumgarten currently serves as Vice President of Legal at OpenWeb since July 2023, previously holding the position of Director of Legal Affairs at Oosto from October 2021 to June 2023. Expertise includes drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements such as licensing, reselling, and employment agreements, along with conducting legal research and addressing privacy regulations including GDPR. Earlier experience includes serving as Legal Counsel and Associate at Naschitz, Brandes, Amir & Co. from December 2015 to September 2021, focusing on commercial agreements and investment agreements, and as an intern at Herzog, Fox & Neeman from September 2014 to August 2015. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from Tel Aviv University, both attained between 2010 and 2014.
