Michael Tolentino

Michael Tolentino has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Michael started their career in 2000 as a Tech Customer Care Consultant at AOL LLC, where they worked until 2004. In 2005, they joined AOL LLC again as an MS Quality Assurance Analyst, responsible for evaluating and reviewing chat sessions and email transcripts. Michael continued this role until 2007. From 2005 to 2014, Michael worked at Convergys as a Quality Assurance Analyst, conducting evaluations and providing feedback to support professionals.

In 2014, Michael joined Transformational Outsourcing, Inc. as a Content Manager. In this role, they supervised a team of content editors, writers, and social media agents. Michael created, developed, and managed content for the company and clients' web presence, maintained a content calendar, proofread articles, managed freelancers, and prepared reports and invoices. Michael also stayed updated with emerging web technologies. Michael worked in this role until 2018.
