Omer Cygler

Omer Cygler is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment banking and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Adviser at Warburg Pincus LLC and Co-Founder and Chairman of Teddy Vets, Omer is focused on transforming pet healthcare in Israel. As Managing Partner at Lion Investment Partners since 2019, Omer also holds Board Observer positions at several companies, including Tufin, Verbit.ai, OpenWeb, and Duda. Prior experience includes leading the Internet B2B division at J.P. Morgan, where Omer was instrumental in executing over $35 billion in M&A and financing transactions. Omer holds an MBA in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan and a BA in Finance from Reichman University.
