Refael Sommer 

Mobile Engineer at OpenWeb

Refael Sommer has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Refael started their career in 2008 as a Programming Instructor at Michlol Preparatory College, teaching C#.NET and C++ programming courses. In the same year, they also worked as a .NET Developer at Of Anash, where they were responsible for designing and developing a management system using WINFORMS, C#, and SQL Server.

In 2011, Refael joined Gold - HR as a Native Applications Instructor. Refael worked closely with students, providing instruction on native application development. That same year, they joined Applosophy as a Senior Mobile Developer. In this role, they led a development team in designing, developing, and deploying numerous applications to the app store. Refael collaborated with the product manager and architect to ensure successful project outcomes.

In 2014, Refael joined GOTit as a Senior iPhone Developer. Refael played a key role in the design, development, and deployment of a Social Commerce application, utilizing iOS - Objective C, Android Java, and Angular 4. Refael was also responsible for leading the development team and ensuring project success.

In 2018, Refael worked at OjOli ANALYSER as an iOS, Android, Server & React Native Developer. Refael contributed to the development of various mobile and server applications using multiple technologies.

Refael's next role was at Photomyne Ltd. in 2019, where they served as an iOS Developer. Refael made significant contributions to the team's projects until 2020. In the same year, they joined CHIMU.IO as an iOS, Android, and Python Developer, participating in various development projects until 2022.

Most recently, Refael joined Any.do as an iOS Developer in 2021. Refael contributed to the development of iOS applications until 2022.

Currently, Refael works at OpenWeb as a Mobile Engineer, starting in 2022.

Refael Sommer  began their education in 2006, attending the Israeli Government Institute for Technological Education. Refael completed their studies in 2008, earning the degree of Software Practical Engineer with a focus on Computer Science. In 2011, Refael enrolled at the Etgar Technology & Engineering College for a brief period, specializing in iPhone Application Development.
