Yaron Blachman serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at OpenWeb, dedicated to enhancing the quality of online conversations. In addition to current roles, Yaron holds positions as Interim Chief Technology Officer and CISO at OpenWeb, a Villager at Team8, and a Member and Investor at CCL, both focused on cybersecurity leadership and innovation. Previously, Yaron co-founded Priveal, led global partnerships at ThetaRay, and co-founded Cyber Risk startup Cytegic, which was acquired by Mastercard. Yaron also spent over 16 years at PwC, where key contributions included leading the Emerging Technologies team and establishing Israel's Cyber Center of Excellence. Yaron holds a B.Sc. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
