Lee Pierce is a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a strong background in business development and customer care. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Openwork, Lee previously held the position of Sr. Business Development Manager at Hire Dynamics and Assistant Branch Manager at Randstad, where they expanded client relationships and drove successful outcomes. Lee began their career in retail at Edwin Watts Golf, ultimately managing the store and successfully developing a talent pool for future leadership.
