Ashley Janes

Ashley Janes has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Ashley started their career in 1993 at Zurich Financial Services, where they held various management roles in product proposition and marketing for over 12 years. In 2005, they joined Openwork Partnership as a Proposition Development Manager, and later took on roles such as Protection Proposition Manager, Mortgage & Protection Proposition Manager, and Head of Proposition Development & Governance. Currently, they serve as the Head of Proposition Strategy at Openwork Partnership. Throughout their career, Ashley has been responsible for developing and managing product propositions, creating business plans, executing marketing strategies, providing support and training to financial advisers, and managing relationships with product providers.

Ashley Janes attended Anglia Ruskin University from 1990 to 1993, where they studied Business & Finance. In 1993-1994, Ashley obtained a Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. They also received additional certifications, including being a CIM Chartered Marketer MCIM Member, Chartered Marketer, and a Diploma in Marketing, all from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. The most recent certification was obtained in July 2021.
