Cameron Brown

Cameron Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in team management and operations, primarily in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Provider & Agency Support, Team Manager at The Openwork Partnership since June 2022, Cameron previously held several roles at Lloyds Banking Group from April 2013 to July 2022, including PPI Operations Team Manager, where management of case handlers and ensuring productivity against client targets was paramount. In earlier roles at Lloyds, Cameron was a Subject Matter Expert for PPI Complaint Handling and a complaint handler for PPI, demonstrating strong analytical and mentoring skills. Additional experiences include working in pensions at Capita, competing as a professional rugby union player in France, and a foundational role as an assistant accountant at Taylors Food Group Ltd.
