Rob Barker

Rob Barker is the CEO at The Openwork Partnership, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, Rob served as the EMEA Head of Insurance, Wealth and Asset Management at Alvarez & Marsal from 2023 to 2025. With a diverse background, Rob has also been an investor in several companies including Malted AI, Early, Goya Health, and Bind since 2023. Their extensive experience in the insurance sector includes notable positions with companies such as Aviva and Standard Bank Group. Currently, Rob is also an Advisory Board Member at the Smithsonian Institution and a Limited Partner at Creator Fund and Concentric.
