Eric Roudi

Since 1983, Eric has been forming the company’s strategies and bringing about change in the organization necessary for it to maintain its competitive advantage and leadership in the industry.

Eric focuses on organizational excellence and development of the OpenWorks team members.

Eric is a graduate of Tufts University in Massachusetts as well as the Harvard Business School’s OPM program. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization Executive Committee and founder of their International Franchising Network. Eric is a trustee of All Saints Episcopal Day School and supporter of initiatives in Phoenix that provide resources to local and national charities such as, Phoenix Children’s Hospital and American Heart Association.

Eric is a member of BOMA, IFMA, ISSA, BSCAI as well as involvement with entrepreneurial programs and supporting the next generation of management leaders.
