Clarke Brewer

Clarke Brewer is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in accounting and finance. Currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer at OpenX since February 2019, Clarke has held significant roles at various companies including Vice President of Reporting & Tax at Ixia from March 2015 to March 2018 and Vice President of Finance at Conversant, Inc. from September 2002 to January 2015, where responsibilities included positions as Corporate Controller. Previous positions include Chief Financial & Operating Officer at HMA Digital and Chief Financial Officer at Point 360, along with a foundational role as Senior Analyst in Strategic Business Planning at The Walt Disney Company. Clarke began a career at KPMG US as a Senior Auditor after earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University in 1990.
