Paweł Meus

Paweł Meus, CIPP/E, currently serves as the Legal Director and Data Protection Officer at OpenX since July 2021, where responsibilities also include the role of Head of E.U. Privacy. Previously, Paweł held the position of Associate in Privacy & Data Protection at Bird & Bird from February 2020 to July 2021 and worked as an External Advisor and Associate at Gide Loyrette Nouel from March 2013 to February 2020. Paweł began a legal career as a Legal Intern at Statoil Fuel & Retail AS from October 2011 to April 2013. Educational qualifications include an advocate trainee degree from Okręgowa Rada Adwokacka w Warszawie (2013-2016) and a Master’s degree in Law from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie (2006-2011). Additionally, Paweł is pursuing the CIPP/E certification through the International Association of Privacy Professionals, effective February 2024.
