Rahul Chowdary has a diverse range of work experience in HRIS and HR technology roles. Rahul has worked as a Principal HRIS Analyst at OpenX, where they played a significant role in developing and enhancing integrations and systems. Rahul also has experience in senior HR technology analyst positions at Activision Blizzard, Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.), and IBM. At these companies, they were involved in configuring and implementing various modules within Workday, automating processes, and improving system workflows. Additionally, Rahul has worked as a Workday Reporting Lead at the University of San Francisco and as a Human Resources Information System Analyst at the American Heart Association. Rahul started their career as a Peoplesoft Consultant at Accenture, where they supported and enhanced Peoplesoft HCM, payroll, financials, and SCM systems.
