Tom Shpetner

Tom Shpetner is a financial services professional with extensive experience in compliance and regulatory law. Currently serving as General Counsel at OpenYield, Shpetner has held influential roles at several major firms, including Lehman Brothers, where they managed regulatory investigations, and Goldman Sachs, where they oversaw regulatory audits and inquiries. Shpetner also contributed as a Board Member of the New York City Environmental Control Board from 2012 to 2025. They earned a JD from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
