Gin Zite has extensive work experience in various fields. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Business Development at Tez Tour, one of the biggest tour operators in CIS and Eastern Europe. In 2012, they joined Freeformers as Sales and Client Retention Manager, working with clients such as Barclays, HSBC, John Lewis, Camelot, Facebook, and others. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Sofar Sounds, a music events startup company, where they had the opportunity to directly work with founders Rafe Offer and Rocky Start and scale the company from 1 to 20 cities. In 2017, they were selected for the 1-year accelerator program at Google Campus in London at Seedcamp, where they gained knowledge about fundraising, international entity setup, scaling business models, hiring, communication, and growth. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Founder and CEO of Hype Experiences, a marketplace for businesses and content creators, where they built the company from scratch and raised two investment rounds in San Francisco and London. Currently, they are the Blockchain Partnerships & Business Development Lead at OpenZeppelin, a leading blockchain infrastructure security firm.

Gin Zite completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Kaunas University of Technology between 2006 and 2010. In 2010, they also completed an IELTS in English Language from the University of Westminster. From 2011 to 2013, they completed a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship - Tech Pathway from Goldsmiths, University of London. In 2020, they completed the Startup School program from Y Combinator.
