Jian Xu

Jian Xu is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and project management. As the Founder and CEO of WebEye since July 2015, Jian has driven innovation and growth within the company. In parallel, Jian serves as the General Manager of the OPERA China R&D Center at Opera Software, overseeing mobile internet engineering since October 2012. Prior roles include serving as BU Director at Beyondsoft and Engineering Director at ACCESS Europe GmbH, where Jian was responsible for leading teams and ensuring project delivery. Jian holds a Master’s degree in IT Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Information Science and Technology, both from Nanjing University.
