Jn Diaz

JN Diaz has extensive experience in business intelligence and operations management, currently serving as Director of Business Intelligence at Opera since January 2020, following roles as Manager, Senior Analyst, and Analyst in the same field. Prior to this, JN Diaz worked at Amazon from July 2014 to May 2018, holding various managerial positions, including Operations Manager for Amazon Robotics and the Launch Team, along with expertise as a Subject Matter Expert for the European Process Improvement Team. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles at Syngenta and Quala Alimentos. JN Diaz holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics from BI Norwegian Business School and an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, alongside studies at Politecnico di Milano.
