Anders Dybdal

Anders Dybdal is currently the CEO of Operate A/S, where Anders advises and leads a change agency that collaborates with companies, organizations, authorities, and foundations to make a lasting impact. Anders has held various roles including Director, Chief Advisor, Manager, and Communications Advisor at Cevea. Additionally, Anders has served as the Chairman of the Board at Cevea, a progressive think tank focusing on inequality and social justice. Anders has also worked as a Censor at the De Erhvervsøkonomiske Censorkorps and as an External Lecturer at Roskilde University. With a background in political communication and management, Anders has a strong educational foundation from institutions like Copenhagen Business School and Roskilde University.
