Doug Drake

Doug Drake has been working in the IT industry since 1985. Doug started their career at IBM Corp as a Senior IT Consultant, where they were a Certified IT Specialist working with IBM Software Group, Application and Integration Middleware Software. Doug had 27 years of programming experience, including three years of research and development. Doug then spent 14 years in team leadership roles working with IBM integration technologies. In 2021, Doug Drake began working as an Executive | Solution Consultant at Guild Systems Inc (Guildify.io), and also as an IT Solution Consultant at OSS, Inc. Doug also started their own business as an Executive | Solution IT Consultant.

Doug Drake has a two-part education history. From 1981 to 1983, they attended Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, where they obtained an MET AS in Manufacturing Engineering. From 1988 to 1994, they attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they studied Mechanical Engineering but did not obtain a degree. In addition to this, Doug Drake has obtained four certifications from IBM, the most recent of which was the IBM Certification Exam Developer 2016 - Level III, obtained in July 2016.
