Lauri Eurén

Lauri Eurén has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lauri is currently the CEO and Founder of Operating, where they build tools for agency and consulting leaders to effectively run internal operations with a motivated team. Lauri is also a Board Member at Festum Accounting Oy, a family business providing accounting and financial services in Finland.

Previously, Lauri held multiple positions at Columbia Road, a digital growth and e-commerce consulting company. Lauri started as a Tech & Strategy Consultant, overseeing data-driven e-commerce development and software development for e-commerce. Lauri then became the General Manager & Partner, responsible for sales, recruitment, consulting, and HR. As the GM in Sweden, they successfully increased revenue from 500k€ to 3€ million.

Additionally, Lauri worked as an Analyst at Marimekko, where they focused on predicting customer lifetime value. Lauri also co-founded Lean Garments, an online clothing brand known for its timeless menswear essentials and honest marketing approach.

Earlier in their career, Lauri gained experience as a Software Engineer Trainee and later a Software Engineer at Festum. Lauri also served in the Finnish Defence Forces as a Conscript (Second Lieutenant). Furthermore, they had summer trainee roles at Festum, where they handled accounting tasks, invoicing, and office chores.

Lauri then returned to Aalto University to pursue a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from 2018 to 2019.
