Patty Ball is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in adult education, technology training, and workforce development. Currently serving as a Program Manager and Senior Computer Training Specialist at Operation ABLE since August 2015, Patty Ball focuses on providing short-term skills and employment training to mature workers over 45, including assistance with social media job search strategies. Previous roles include Senior Special Technology Coordinator at Holyoke Community College and adjunct faculty at North Shore Community College, where Patty Ball developed and facilitated technology trainings for educators. With a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology and a Sloan-C Institute Online Teaching Certificate, Patty Ball has a strong foundation in educational methodologies and technology integration, reinforced by a diverse career spanning various educational and community organizations.

We provide a Path to Employment Since 1982, Operation ABLE, Inc., a 501(c)3 organization, has provided job seekers with training programs and employment services. Our mission and passion is to empower our community of job seekers, the underemployed, those in career transition and military veterans who need job support services to re-enter the workforce. We offer a variety of services including occupational and computer skills training, workshops, job search training and support, coaching and counseling, and some training programs offer internships.
