Beatrice Rogers

Beatrice Rogers is an experienced educator with a focus on closing achievement gaps and promoting equitable education. With a Master of Education in Policy and Leadership from American University, Beatrice has served as a second-grade teacher at Tulsa Public Schools, a first-grade teacher at District of Columbia Public Schools, and as a Lead Educator at Operation Breakthrough. In addition to teaching roles, Beatrice has held various positions including Independent Contractor at The Southwestern Company, Account Executive at PLS Logistics Services, and Educational Consultant with Education Pioneers. Beatrice currently serves as a Mentor Educator with the Kansas City Teacher Residency and as a Green Fellow with Teach For America, demonstrating a commitment to educational equity and leadership.
