Debbie Starr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical and social services, psychotherapy, and market research. Currently serving as the Director of Special Projects and Director of Clinical and Social Services at Operation Breakthrough since July 2013, Debbie has also been the Founder and Therapist at Constellations Counseling since August 2016.
