Operation Breakthrough
Luningning Haluck currently serves as a Health Navigator at Operation Breakthrough since January 2025. Previously, Luningning held the position of Medical Director at Children's Mercy Kansas City from August 2022 to January 2025, overseeing the Children's Mercy Clinic at Operation Breakthrough. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Pediatrics at Swope Health (August 2016 - July 2022) and as Chief Resident at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center (July 2015 - June 2016). Luningning completed residency training in Pediatrics at UCSF from June 2012 to June 2015. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of California, San Francisco - School of Medicine (2007 - 2011) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from Loyola Marymount University (2001 - 2005).

Operation Breakthrough
Operation Breakthrough is the largest single site early childhood center and day care in the state of Missouri. Every day, we serve around 400 children and their families with educational services, speech, occupational and physical therapy, social service support, and mental health services. Children's Mercy Hospital maintains an on-site clinic to serve the health needs of our children. We are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, and are a Head Start Center. Founded in 1971 by Sr. Corita Bussanmas and Sr Berta Sailer as St. Vincent's Family Service Center, we strive to provide high quality educational and support services in a manner that will meet the needs of the families of the inner city of Kansas City, Missouri.
