Jonathan Etheridge, EMBA, currently serves as Vice President of Digital and CIO at Banfield Pet Hospital since November 2024, and has held multiple leadership roles at Mars since May 2019, including Head of Digital Technology and Business Partnership for Pet Nutrition NA and a member of the Responsible AI Governance Board. Involved with community organizations, Jonathan has been a Board Ambassador for the Greater Nashville Technology Council and a Vice Chair for the Veterans Corporate Council since January 2023. Previous roles include Global Manager of IT Operations at A. O. Smith Corporation and Director of Information Services at Cullman Regional Medical Center. Jonathan holds an Executive MBA from Davenport University and has completed executive education programs at both UC Berkeley and MIT, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Strayer University.
