Jake Keating

Jake Keating currently serves as a Senior Advisor in the Office of The Chairman at Operation HOPE, beginning in August 2024. Prior to this role, Jake held multiple senior positions at The Promise Homes Company from March 2022 to June 2025, including Senior Vice President, Head of Strategy & Investments, Vice President, Head of Investments, and Vice President, Head of Operations. Additionally, Jake was a Senior Manager and Manager in Acquisitions & Capital Markets at Front Yard Residential from March 2017 to May 2021, during which the company was acquired by Pretium and Ares Management. Earlier experience includes working as a Finance Management Associate at Bank of America from January 2016 to February 2017, focusing on Executive Reporting and Analytics in Consumer & Global Wealth and Investment Management Finance. Jake Keating is an alumnus of North Carolina State University.
