Operation Kindness
Nikki Walker has extensive experience in fundraising and development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Development at Operation Kindness since June 2008, after previously holding the position of Development Director within the same organization. Prior to this role, Nikki dedicated 15 years to Catholic Charities of Fort Worth from 1993 to 2008, where responsibilities included development fundraising focused on special events and major gifts. Educationally, Nikki holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Operation Kindness
Our mission is to create a kinder world for pets and the people who love them by providing lifesaving care, innovative programs and community resources. Operation Kindness is a pioneer in Texas for assisting animals in need of veterinary care, companionship and most of all, a home. We operate a lifesaving animal shelter in Carrollton, TX. In addition to pet adoptions and lifesaving medical care, our programs provide foster care for vulnerable animals, resources for pet parents, affordable veterinary services for community pets, a pet food pantry and volunteer opportunities.
