Welcome to Operation Smile Norway.

We are a nonprofit organisation working to ensure that children born with cleft conditions receive the safe, timely care they deserve, and that local health systems are equipped to deliver it.

Based in Oslo, we support long-term, locally led solutions through medical training, collaboration, and capacity building in low- and middle-income countries. Through Operation 100, our global initiative to strengthen 100 hospitals and surgical teams by 2030, we are helping expand access to safe surgery for generations to come.
