Frank Opitz has extensive experience in service management and IT operations, currently serving as the Service Manager for ServiceNow® at operational services GmbH & Co. KG since September 2016, providing support to both "German Cloud" and "International Cloud" SaaS customers. Prior to this role, Frank held the position of Lead Service Manager, managing complex service delivery models in network and server infrastructures, particularly for the automotive sector. Previously, Frank was the Team Leader for IT Security and Networks and an IT Service Manager at Toll Collect GmbH from April 2004 to August 2016. Frank Opitz holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Fahrzeugtechnik- und Verkehrsmanagement from the University of Applied Sciences at Zwickau, obtained from 1998 to 2003.
