Cat Heath

Cat Heath is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on management and strategic HR leadership. Currently serving as HR Manager at OSL Technology since February 2024, Cat has previously held the position of Human Resources Director at ESP Global Services from June 2021 to September 2023, where Cat also contributed as HR Manager. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as HR Manager at Proofpoint in 2021 and a role as Global Human Resources Manager at InteliSecure from February 2018 to March 2021. Earlier in the career, Cat worked as an HR Advisor at Twinings. Cat holds a degree in HR and has completed the CIPD Personnel into Practice qualification.
