Daniel Carey

Daniel Carey has extensive work experience in various industries, including finance, consulting, and the military. Daniel currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Operational Solutions Limited since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Lincoln International as a Vice President from 2018 to 2021, where they also held the role of Associate from 2018 to 2021. Daniel began their career at Citi as an Analyst from 2015 to 2018, and earlier as an Analyst and Analyst - LTP from 2015. Daniel also had an internship at J.P. Morgan in 2014, where they gained experience in various departments. Before entering the finance industry, Daniel worked as an Entrepreneurial Business Consultant at Gousto in 2013 and as an Intern at CVC Capital Partners in the same year. Daniel also has a military background, serving in leadership roles in the British Army from 2008 to 2013, including positions as the OC Security Forces Advisory Training Team (SFATT) and Captain, Advisor Team Commander (PMAG) in Afghanistan. Daniel Carey earned a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bristol, graduating in 2006. In 2007, they attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, where they completed The Regular Commissioning Course with a focus on Military Command & Operations. In 2012, Daniel enrolled at the CFA Institute and passed the CFA Level 1 Exam in June 2013. Additionally, they obtained the IMC Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK in April 2013.
