Tom W. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales and law enforcement. Currently serving as a Sales Manager at OSL Technology since October 2025, Tom previously held the position of Business Development Manager at Marlborough Communications Limited, where the focus was on innovative solutions for the Defence and Security sectors. Tom's career began with Sussex Police, where a long tenure as a Police Constable included roles as a National Firearms Instructor, training officers and implementing UAS into firearms tactics. Tom holds a Foundation Certificate in Policing from the University of Brighton and has completed education at Sussex Downs College.
