Ben Gateley

Ben Gateley is the CEO and Co-Founder of CharlieHR, an HR software platform tailored for small businesses, a role they have held since 2019. Prior to this, Ben served as the COO and Co-Founder of CharlieHR from 2015 to 2019 and was also a Co-Founder and Director at Born Social, a social media agency, from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Ben co-founded The Eleven Enterprises Limited, a startup studio, where various businesses were launched, including Born Social and CharlieHR. Ben holds a BSc in Biomedical Science from St. George's, University of London, completing their degree in 2012.
