Elissa Biegen

Elissa Biegen is VP of HR Consulting Services at OperationsInc, managing the HR Consulting Team, and Training and Development Team, and working on special projects with clients. With 33 years of HR experience, Elissa is a subject matter expert in HR compliance and best practices, HR infrastructure, and policy and procedure development.

Prior to joining OI in 2014, Elissa served as VP and Director of HR at Alea North America Co., where she partnered with business units to develop staff for the 170-person operation in three locations. She then joined Alcone Marketing Group as the VP of Human Resources where she built an HR Department supporting 200 employees in four locations. She served as VP of HR at a privately-owned assisted living company, Maplewood Senior Living, and began her career at Bonwit Teller, developing centralized disciplinary procedures for 16 stores and one corporate office as an Executive Recruiter and Employee Relations Representative.

Elissa earned a B.B.A. in Personnel Management from George Washington University.
