Katherine joins the OperationsInc team, filling the role of Customer Success Manager, reporting to Stacy Nicholas. Katherine brings strong account management and customer experience to her role with OperationsInc. Prior to joining OperationsInc, Katherine was a Practice Management Consultant/Inside Sales Representative for Rectangle Health. As a part of her sales process, Katherine used various marketing strategies to bring in new prospects. Katherine met with both prospects and clients for product demonstrations, gained an understanding of their needs, educated them on various products/solutions, closed new business, and supported new clients through their onboarding. The customer experience is very important to Katherine. She prides herself on her attention to detail, making sure to advocate for the needs of her clients and ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.
